Passion Island Tour other than ship tour?

I appreciate the help with Caymen tours. Wondering about the Passion Island tour in Cozumel and if there is one besides the ship excursion? We surely like the looks of that one!

As far as I can tell with my research into Cozumel is that the Passion Island excursion is only available through the cruise ships. Another one that is on a beach nearby is the "Hideaway Tour". These beaches look beautiful from what I've seen and I've heard rumors that the Corona commercials are filmed on the Passion Island beach. It should be uncrowded if the only people who have access to this beach are cruise ship excursions.

I was checking into Eagle Ray Divers and noticed that they have a dune buggy tour that takes you to a deserted beach for lunch. You can check it out at www.eagleraydivers.com , it looked pretty cool. I was hoping to do a combo of diving for my husband/son, snorkeling for me/daughter and then trying to squeeze in the dune buggies. Talk about a great way to end the last day at port. Anyways, I have been trying to check RCCL's excursions but the website has been down. Have fun.

Passion Island was beautiful. Just laying in a hammock or on the beach.... it was a beautiful area. Sadly, I slept thru the games and didn't realize they were taking place until too late. Lunch was included and drinks too! Aside from an awesome lazy day on a beautiful beach, the trip back to the ship with 3 VERY trashed people was entertaining.
