dwing18 Posted November 19, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2008 I am planning a trip for the week of Dec 14. Do you think prices will drop or do I need to book now. I see Carnival is advertising a sale but I have noticed prices going up.
Aunty Pat Posted November 19, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 19, 2008 Book now if there is a specific departure date you want. I was working with a client yesturday wanting a Carnival cruise out of LA for the same time period and found that as we get closer to the “Festive Season” cabins are very limited or waitlisted. JanineM Posted November 20, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 20, 2008 It's been my experience that prices hold steady or go up within about the last 2-3 weeks of a sailing. If you really want to go that week, book now. If you're waiting for a specific price point and won't be too disappointed if you don't get it, then I'd say to wait.
