lovesublime Posted November 23, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 23, 2008 I apologize if this has been addressed before. We've dined at the supper club before but only on formal (cruise elegant) night and of course we were dressed up. We've made a reservation for a casual night on our upcoming cruise and really don't know what attire is acceptable for the supper club-on a casual night. Can we wear jeans? Should I wear a dress or skirt? Can the men wear khakis and polo shirts? We like to stick to Carnival's dress code and I do appreciate any advice offered. Thanks! Ladyvdr Posted November 23, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 23, 2008 I think that khakis would probably be okay, but not jeans. Nice slacks and a button up shirt with a sport coat would be better. I usually wear a dress to dinner every night, but nice slacks and a nice top would probably be okay for you too. I think the supper club should be thought of as a nice restaurant at home you would go to for a special occasion, so no jeans or other casual wear. Make it special. Ken076 Posted November 23, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 23, 2008 IMO the Supper Club is a dressy atmosphere and deserves slacks and shirt and sports coat for the menfolk! ken
krystalkruzer Posted November 23, 2008 #4 Share Posted November 23, 2008 Nice jeans, khakis and polo shirts are within the Carnival (the one who makes the rules ) dress code for casual.
