Wine Purchase near Civitavecchia

First of all, my apologies if this question has been answered multiple times already. I know that someone will be able to answer me though.:)

 

We are flying into Rome Dec05, the day of our TA cruise on the Galaxy & are using Celebrity air & transfer package. We are still deciding whether to take advantage of the Rome tour that was offered as we arrive into Rome very early in the morning. (rather than heading directly to the pier)

Question is:----due to luggage weight restrictions & liquid restrictions, does anyone know how possible it is to purchase wine close to the ship & pier? Italy has some excellent Prosecco! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
