Cheap rate gas station near Channelside or National near the Port of Tampa (Carnival)

Does anyone know of a cheap rate gas station near Channelside or National Rental Car (5111 W Spruce St)?

 

I will be driving from Kissimmee, Fl on Dec 1, Sunday to the Port of Tampa (Carnival). I am going to drive to the Carnival loading area, drop off my nephew with the luggage, and then go return the car to National. I will have to fill up the gas tank before I return the car so I am looking for someplace that doesn't charge high gas prices.

 

When doing a search, I found a BP gas station at the intersection of East John Kennedy Blvd and Channelside Drive. Anyone had any experience with this gas station? It looks as if it is easy to get into and drive out of.

 

I also found a gas station at the intersection of N Westshore Blvd and W Cypress but this one looked difficult to get in and out of.
