Cruise Meister Posted December 3, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 3, 2008 Hello, We were curious if the AFT cabins had privacy, It appears like the aft section is angled so the balcony room above you would be able to see you = no privacy. Any input or photos are appreciated Ray
sfnew2sail Posted December 3, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 3, 2008 We were on the Noordam this past summer in cabin 8143. Just under the Lido deck. No privacy from above. Anyone standing at the aft on the lido can see onto your balcony. And you can see into the balcony below you. Seems like I've read that one of the decks offers more privacy, but I'm not sure which one. I'm sure someone else will be more knowledgeable than I am. Cruise Meister Posted December 3, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted December 3, 2008 Whats the sense of paying more $ and getting less privacy>>? going to look elsewhere :( too bad... cause heard good things about the aft.

Any input or photos are appreciated Ray we were in an aft on the Noordam earlier this month. while anyone standing forward of the overhang was visible to anyone below, if you are under the overhang of your balcony no one can see you.
