EliteJazz Posted December 3, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 3, 2008 Has anyone stayed in these rooms that are high up and facing the bow? Are there any special advantages or disadvantages that you see? My wife and I are considering a cruise next year and saw these rooms on the deck plan. I have not seen rooms in that area on other ships and wonder if they are unique. Thanks for any tips you might have.

There is far less movement in a cabin located amidship.
InTheWASide Posted December 3, 2008 #3 Share Posted December 3, 2008 The CA rooms are quite a bit larger than other oceanviews, the windows are a lot larger, you get the spa amenities which some people like (others do not) but the rooms sound great as far as I'm concerned. jtl513 Posted December 3, 2008 #4 Share Posted December 3, 2008 That looks like a pretty nice room to me! :) I think it would be kinda neat to have a window looking straight out over the bow ... as long as you're not prone to sea-sickness.
