Whooo Hooooo just got a refund of $378 back to my debit card for the fuel surcharge refund... I had emailed my ta and she was unaware of it but before she could get back to me NCL refunded my account directly....

My TA already knew about it as well,it just knocked off $322.00 from my invoice balance! What a nice surprise!

If your TA did not know about it at THIS point in time when every one of them has been flooded with phone calls, then you need a new TA.

It is an OBC if you are past your cancelation date. We are sailing on 1/9 and ours will be an OBC.

We are sailing on the 25th of January, so we must be past the cancellation date.........thanks for the info!

I believe the cancelation date is 75 days prior to sailing.
