Hi all,

First cruise ever with wife and 2 "young adult kids". Looking forward to it.

Anyone knows if we are allowed early check-in say around 1nish and go to our cabins to settle down and do a little exploring; or even join a late buffet lunch? Just don't want to turn up early and wait around for a couple of hours.

Cheers all,

Hi there,

we usually arrive at the dock before lunch, sometimes around 11 am, and are usually some of the first to board....:D:D....we then settle in, dump the bags in the cabin and pop up for lunch at the buffett.

We very rarely have had to wait more than half hr to an hour before boarding..hope that helps...:)

I think the shipping lines just put a time as a rough guide only, we always seem to be aboard early!!!

Wow..your first cruise, you will love it...!!!! we still get excited on each cruise, just like the first...;)
