Gold Rock Beach at high tide, is it worth it?

We are sailing the Conquest in 03/09, I have checked the tide schedules for Gold Rock Beach and most of our time there would be at high tide. Is it still worth the time and money to go there? I would love to see this beach and we could possibly get to spend some time there at semi-low tide, any suggestions?

Not really... low tide is great but the expense of getting to Gold Rock is prohibitive for cruisers. Take a trip to GBI for a few days and go. You will have a good time at Our Lucaya and much cheaper to get to.
