Need info on Dunns River Falls shuttle

Hi - We're sailing to Ocho Rios again next month on Carnival and decided this time to venture off on our own. The only thing we really want to do is see the falls and do a little shopping. The shuttle sounds like a great possibility for us, but we really want to decide when we arrive to Jamaica, we don't want to book anything ahead of time. My question is for those of you who took the dunn's river shuttle before - Did you make a reservation for it? and.... Was it full or do you think there was enough space to just take it without reserving it? Any advice would be great!

We're going next week and when I called to make a reservation, the gentleman I spoke to recommended that we reserve it rather than just show up. He said that the shuttles fill up quickly, especially the early shuttles and the shuttles that go back to the ship right before it sails, so if we wanted to go at a certain time, it would be much better to reserve it. We reserved the 8:00am shuttle so we could get to the Falls before all the big crowds.

We reached them through their website www.dunnsrivershuttle.com

The gentleman we spoke to said that's basically all the shuttle does - it goes between the ship and the waterfalls. He said there is a very fast stop next to the shopping center, which the shuttle passes on the way to the Falls, just for people who may want to get off or who need to get on.
