It really depends on what time you arrive on the ship.

 

I was on Liberty a few weeks ago, checked in at 1:30 bags were at my room by 5pm.

We plan on arriving/checking in at 1030 am....

Anywhere from 1:30 to 8:00PM, usually by 4:00 or 5:00PM. Normally you should carry your meds, valuables and maybe change of clothes for dinner onboard in a small carry-on.

Lately they've been sealing off the cabin passsageways and not allowing access to cabins 'til 1:30PM.

Dining Room dress code that first nite is "relaxed" as many will not have their luggage by dinner, at least for first seating.

There has only been one cruise when I did not have my luggage in time for dinner.

 

I would say the average time is 3PM, but as mentioned before, it could be any time from 1:30 - 8

By the looks of things on my last CCL cruise the dress code was relaxed every night.:D
