Bacab Eco Park Horseback Riding?

Has anyone used them before and done the horseback riding safari?

I am an experienced rider and really want to go riding at one of the destinations (right now we're looking at Belieze, Cozumel, Isla Roatan and Grand Cayman) but I would really prefer not to do the whole thing at a walk on a ploddy, podunk horse. When they say that they "match you to a horse that matches your riding skills", does this just mean they give the quietest ones to dead beginners and whatever is left is given to the more experienced people? Or are there actually different levels of rides (ex: beginner, advanced etc..)? Do you get to do anything besides walking the whole time?

Any experience with this particular company?

If you didn't particularly like this one, suggestions for others are welcome as well as better ones on the other ports that I mentioned! Thanks!!!
