Roman residence hotel - termini area , rome !!

Just wondering if anyone else out there has stayed at the Roman Residence, Via Cavour, Rome ?? We have booked for 2 nights next May following our Solstice Cruise, it seems to have opened only this year so limited reviews on TA although all there are positive and owner has been very quick in reponsing to my e-mails - just getting some post-booking jitters :confused::confused: Any feedback on Hotel or that pariticular are plus/minus would be appreciated. This is our first visit to Rome and last day will be my Husband's 50th birthday so don't want any disasters;)

I do not know the hotel but I can tell you that the area is very nice and is a perfect location to explore Rome.
