When did NCL change Garden Villa limo service?

I performed a search and read posts from 2007 where Garden Villa passengers received limo service to and from the port...I wonder when and why they changed that?

 

Can I still pay for limo service to the port, but through NCL?:confused:

My older NCL brochures show limo service either to or from the airport to the pier. Now it is from the pier to the airport only. I don't recall this ever being round trip service. Call 1-800-558-LIMO (5466) to arrange for other personally paid limo services (as outlined in the NCL brochure).

I sailed in the GV the last two years and limo service is only included from the ship to airport and not both ways.

It was always only from the ship at the end of the cruise to the nearest airport!
