Current cost to park in NO?

Can anyone that has recently used the parking garage in New Orleans(Carnival) tell me how much it cost for the 4 day cruise? Also, any suggestions for a hotel? Clean is a must, but not fancy as it will only be for a few hours to sleep.

I believe Carnival uses the Erato Street cruise terminal, in which case the cost is $14/day, payable in advance by cash or credit card.
