suggestions in cozumel with 3yo please

i will take my first cruise on carnival miracle with my DH and my almost 3yo son in the coming month. one stop is Cozumel. Any one can give suggestion on what activities that we all can enjoy including the little guy? thanks in advance.

If your child would be content to splash in the water and pool, and play in the sand, I would recommend Nachi. It is small and uncrowded enough that it is easy to keep track of little ones. Everything is so close together that you don't have to lug all your stuff from the beach to the pool to the restaurant, etc. The beach is beautiful and the food is great.
