What is Porter 150 about????

I've noticed several posts stating "stay away from porter 150" at Miami port, have searched to see why I want to stay away from this person but nothing concrete to go on. Any help out there?

I remembered hearing about this guy, but forgot all about it my first time out of Miami. Luckily, we obviously didn't have him, as our porter was great. Since we were so frustrated otherwise with our Miami experience (port itself was great!), we probably won't be sailing out of Miami for a long time, if ever, so I'm glad I won't have to deal with this )()*#@!!~~!!!
