royandjenn Posted January 3, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 3, 2009 Hello, silly question. We booked a room on the sky, and read that the category is "family friendly", but doesn't explain why. Is it child proof? We are on the Norway deck... room 0001. Just curious... Thank you very much!
Hockey19 Posted January 3, 2009 #2 Share Posted January 3, 2009 Family friendly allows for connecting doors to staterooms.
royandjenn Posted January 3, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted January 3, 2009 That's what we thought too, but according to the deck plans, none of the rooms in our category have connecting rooms... hmmm

Hockey19 Posted January 3, 2009 #5 Share Posted January 3, 2009 0257 and 0258 and 0250 and 0249 are examples. 0003 and 0004 are near you also.
royandjenn Posted January 3, 2009 Author #6 Share Posted January 3, 2009 The plans show that all of our category which is C is family friendly, some rooms have 3 person occupency, and some have only 2. In the oceanview staterooms, the only other category is E that is family friendly. Other rooms that have up to four people aren't "family friendly". THe rooms are probably child resistant everything...
