In December, the computers in the "internet cafe" area were S-L-O-W, to the point that it was hardly worth just checking e-mail. However, if you have a Wi-Fi enabled laptop, they do have Wi-Fi in some public areas, particularly near the centrum. This was incredibly faster and well worth the cost.
