NCL Beach Break ?

Does anyone know why the NCL Beach Break in Belize is 4 hours, but we are in Belize for about 9 hours?

Planer's Edge - Had the same question myself concerning the duration of the stay being only 4 hours while the NCL ship (Spirit) that I am on is in port 9 hours. Then I discovered that besides the Spirit being in port, Carnival with also be represented with the Legend and Valour. Guessing here but my assumption is that it is limited to 4 hours so that cruise passengers can be rotated on and off the island at times that are staggered so that the number of cruise passengers on the island is limited to a certain capacity. Again just my attempt at rationalizing why only 4 hours.
