cruiser4life04 Posted January 10, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 10, 2009 I was just reading about how the Carnival Dream will have "deluxe" stateroom which will accomadate 5 and will feature 2 bathrooms as an alternative to getting 2 cabins. I am interested in these cabins because I have a family of 5 and find it expensive to get 2 cabins....therefore will these cabins be cheaper than getting 2 cabins? Also I was on the Canival website and there is no way to book one of these cabins due to the fact you can only pick up to 4 to a room because 5 doesn't come up. SouthernCaribbean Posted January 10, 2009 #3 Share Posted January 10, 2009 You probably have to call to get pricing.
loladuvall Posted January 11, 2009 #4 Share Posted January 11, 2009 You can get the pricing on the website, but you have to work for it. First choose your "Dream" cruise and pick up to 4 guests. Click on your preferred room category and it will take you to the "stateroom tab" where you choose your specific stateroom or guarantee. Before you pick a room go up to the yellow "Departure Info" tab next to the stateroom tab. Once there you can change the Number of Guests to 5. When you click continue it takes you back to the stateroom tab with the 6D category as the only option. You can continue from there and select your cain. As far as pricing goes, on the cruise I priced the Deluxe Ocean View with 5 people was a few hundred dollars cheaper than 2 Ocean View rooms and $130 cheaper than 2 Interior cabins. Good luck and happy sailing!
