Acapulco Beaches: Caleta or Condesa?

Help! We are leaving on our cruise on the Carnival Spirit on Thursday, and have been researching beaches for our Acapulco stop. We have narrowed our options down to Caleta or Condesa. We will not be in town until noon and plan to be back on the ship by about 5pm so we need something close. We will stay on the beach and probably won't venture into the water with the exception of cooling off very quickly.

 

We need to know how long it takes to get to each (prefer a taxi over a bus) and which one people prefer. Any help would be appreciated!
