Bus or train from Whittier to Anchorage

Which one is better for seeing wildlife, scenery? Which do you prefer?

The views are probably about the same. We drove to Whittier from Anchorage for a day cruise, and it was very scenic, although having our own car we were able to stop at a couple of places. Our cruise was from Seward, so we took the train down from Anchorage the day before. Aside from the great scenery, the train ride itself was a lot of fun. But, that's also a longer trip than Whittier. So for your purposes, it probably won't make much difference, although typically you will have more space on the train and can get up and move around.
