seaway Posted April 6, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 6, 2004 I have tried to book both Sylvie and Alain and both are booked on June 24th. Does anyone know of another tour guide?
chellie Posted April 7, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 7, 2004 what a shame!!! as far as we are concerned, dreamtours is the ONLY guide in villefranche! marshacher Posted April 7, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 7, 2004 About 4 years ago we used Sporting Limousine. Our guide was Mouss (pronounced moose). Their e-mail is: sporting@sporting-limousine.com and their website is www.sporting-limousine.com They were very good and Mouss was excellent. If they are still around I would definitely recommend them, especially Mouss. Marsha
Bev Posted April 7, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 7, 2004 Hi I’ve been researching tour guides for the Western Mediterranean because we’re going on the Galaxy's Transatlantic sailing in May. For Villefranche, we settled on Revelation Tours. Their prices are very reasonable, they have responded promptly to my emails and been very accommodating. Their tours and services are exclusively in English and they provide extensive training for their driver/guides. Revelation Tours has sent me a confirmation voucher and does not require a deposit. Other services offered: - A personal visit folder: Historic, maps, itineraries of visit, for every stop. - A minibar with free drinks. - An audio show with the sounds and moods of the Region. I've been corresponding with Michel Legrand at Revelation Tours at revelationtours@aol.com. you can check out the web site at http://www.revelation-tours.com/homepage_uk.htm Hope this helps. chellie Posted April 8, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 8, 2004 hi bev-- cool--let us know how revelation does. make certain that they take you to monte carlo, nice, eze, and st paul e vence--at minimum. had we not been so pokey with dream tours, we'd have seen cannes as well.
