Exercise Classes on Star

Has anyone taken any of the exercise classes on the Star? How far in advance can you sign up? Are they fun classes with good instructors? Any info would be helpful, I don't which classes I want to take so just trying to get some help.

We have some very good Fitness Instructors here. We offer, Yogalates, Ab Classes, Spinning etc. The gym is open 24 hours

A shout-out to Kieron and Clint from Snow White and the 6 1/2 dwarfs and the "massage and facial spa boys" (Geoff and Travis)! That chicken on a stick must be pretty skanky by now!

 

Yes, agree with the excellent fitness instructors and program. Every AM at 8:00 you can join the "Star Power Walkers' Club" walking on deck 11. Then there are various classes you can take, some have a small charge "power Spin" $5.00; "yogalates" $5.00; but most are free....."High octane aqua aerobics" "hi-low Aerobics", "Body Muscle Conditioning Workout", etc. There are sign-ups for the whole cruise on clip-boards in the gym, and you should check them out early as there are maximum #'s for each class. You can get a punch card where you get a punch for each class you attend and after 10 classes get a free T-shirt at an "awards ceremony". We all enjoyed this program, it's a great way to work off some extra calories you indulge in with food and drink!
