River Kayaking

I promised to post a review of the River Kayaking excursion in Belize because it was very difficult to find any information about it. The reason: apparently nobody does it. We were notified at 11:45 pm the night before reaching Belize that the excursion was cancelled due to lack of participation. I was very disappointed. The onboard video advertising the excursion shows kayaks floating in front of a dramatic waterfall, probably a huge selling point that the tour operators don't take advantge of in their printed promotions. If you would like to do this excursion, sign up ahead of time, but be ready with a backup.
