Ready to book next trip - Imagination, Valor, Conquest, Liberty or B2B on Destiny?

I'm ready to book my college graduation trip for January 2010. We're sailing on the Destiny this February. My options are:

• 4 day on Imagination sailing 12/28, visiting Key West and Cozumel
  
• 7 day on Valor sailing 1/17, visiting Grand Cayman, Isla Roatan, Belize and Cozumel
  
• 7 day on Conquest sailing 1/17, visiting Montego Bay, Grand Cayman and Cozumel
  
• 7 day on Liberty sailing 1/16, visiting Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios
  
• 5 day on Destiny sailing 1/16 vising Ocho Rios and Grand Cayman, back-to-back with a 4 day on Destiny sailing 1/21, visiting Key West and Cozumel
  

I had only one "must have" on this trip and it's Cozumel to spread my brother's ashes on the beach there where he told me in Feb. 2008 (onboard a Carnival cruise) that he wanted to retire. He passed unexpectedly in July, so that means a lot to me. All the itineraries have Cozumel for this reason.

 

The trip will definitely be for myself (22yo at the time of sailing), my son (3.5yo) and my mother (54yo)... however, the group could grow to include quite a few more people in celebration!

 

From your personal experiences, which trip would you choose? Thanks so much for your help!
