Dawn Princess theme Nights

What were the theme nights on Dawn Princess? during the 13 night cruise around NZ?

We went on a 10 night cruise on DP and the only really big theme night was Island Night. They had Country night but it was in the vista lounge and very low key. One of the nights the restauant had an Italian night where the wait staff dressed up and the food was Italian themed. There may be others on longer cruises, but I am not aware of them.

I agree with Sonya, the Island Night deck party is the best theme night. There are line dances classes to prepare you for the Counrty Night, but as I have two left feet, I can't comment on the fun there. There used to be a rock'n'roll or retro night too (if you could pick it??).

The waiters do look snappy on Italian Night.
