2Cruise4Ever Posted January 29, 2009 #4 Share Posted January 29, 2009 Prepare to be absolutely spoiled! No charge, but like JohnIreland said, you should tip accordingly (based on how much you use his/her services). You can use the butler for in-cabin services: packing/un-packing (never used this service; I prefer to pack and un-pack myself), room service (dinner or breakfast on the balcony is incredibly romantic), special get-togethers with CC friends, etc. We order breakfast every morning except the last one. That is reserved for Cagney's. And, you will have a special "Butler's Menu" of items not available to other category cabins (like eggs benedict, shrimp, cheese platter, etc.). You LOVE it!! JEDIKNIGHT Posted January 29, 2009 #5 Share Posted January 29, 2009 Did anyone tell the OP that on the March 21st Gem sailing, he/she can utilize the butler to cater a lavish buffet of shrimp, lobsters, champage and cognac in his suite for his fellow CC buddies ? ;)
