How much would you tip the waiter in Cagney's and Il Adagio?

Keep in mind they are in the tip pool. OK service $0. Very good service $5 pp. Exceptional service $10 pp. May not be the right answer but that is what I do.

I had my 21st birthday dinner in Cagneys on the Dawn and our waiters did such a great job at making us feel really special so we gave them a $20 tip. They always gave us a great smile for the rest of the cruise when they saw us and even remembered my name. We had 3 in our party.
