Just booked the Sensation

I am so thrilled, I used to work for Carnival and never had the chance to sail with them (unfortunately, because I would have gotten a discount then). We are celebrating our 10th anniversary and wanted to do something special. We are going with some friends of ours who are also newbies!!! I'm definitely counting down the days...:D

8/2. I can't get my signature countdown to work (maybe because I'm new). I've found a wealth of information here already. I've been up til midnight learning more than I ever thought possible - and I WORKED for them...

That's great, I am booked for 9/13/09 with hubby and BIL and SIL. This will be a first for all of us. I would love to be somewhere warm at the moment. We had 15 inches of snow yesterday, and a little sunshine and tropical drinks would be great.

I am prepared to be hooked - and I hope I am. My mom took her very first cruise on Carnival to Alaska and raved about it. I am absolutely thrilled to be going...I want to pay for the whole thing right now...but think I"ll hold off since it is 6 months away :p
