"Resort" Diver

We'll soon be on the Spirit out of San Diego, and before I book excursions, one I saw was Diving... I am certified... does Carnival offer "resort certification" onboard?

I've never seen a dive course of any kind on Carnival cruise. We always go to a dive center while in port.

Carnival does not do any of this type training onboard the ship. On some ships depending on the ports, they do offer "Beginner Scuba diving" (resort course) as an excursion for those that dont have a C-card.

 

They also offer diving excursions for those with a C-card. They are priced on whether you need to rent equipment or not.
