Bad weather for cavetubing/ziplining?

It's not looking good for our trip..currently the forecast is showers.

 

Will they cancel either of these? What does it depend on?

I don't know that they would cancel because of rain, but they will if the river is already too high.

I think if it was rain, meaning a steady, somewhat heavy rain, they would have to cancel the zip portion. However, it looks like they're mostly calling for showers. That should not affect either. In that part of the world, showers can be almost everyday. They usually don't last long.
