Tours of Ship

If you are on a ship with a supper club, check out the cooking demonstrations they might have up there, too. When I was on the Liberty last year I stopped up there one day to make reservations for dinner, and there was a group of folks getting a demonstration. Looked interesting. I may check it out next time I sail. I'm sure it will be listed in the capers.

We had a galley tour on the conquest, but it consisted of about a 30 minute talk from the head maitre D about a lot of stats on how much food they use and such, then we lined up and walked through the kitchen. In the kitchen they had a few tables of demos, one for the decorative food like the crved melons and such. One for the orderable desserts. One that had all the veggies they use on the menu. One with some seafood and cuts of meat. and that was about it.
