AOS Dining Room

Recommended Posts

We prefer deck 3, but deck 4 was fine too. On our first cruise we got the table to the left of the staircase if you were looking at the back of the dining room. It was the best table we have ever had.

I've dined on the deck 4 dining room and the deck 5 dining room on the Adventure. On deck 4, I was in a group of 8 and we had a wonderful table in front of the windows in the farthest corner of the dining room. We really, really loved the location. (Table #407).

In the deck 5 dining room my friend and I were initally disappointed because we had the second table immediately inside the front door. (table #543). She and I were traveling alone and sat at a table for six with 2 other couples. After our initial reaction, our head waiter offered to move us to a different table. But, we soon discovered we were at the best seat in the house....we were right on the balcony overlooking the deck 3 and 4 dining rooms and we were right over the captain's table. We could see everyone and everything that was going on in the other dining rooms. (Not to mention our waiters were the cutest in the entire dining room!).

Okay Adventure Girl, your gonna have to cough up the name of your cute waiter. I'm going on the Adventure in August and the cute waiters are the best part of the cruise.

His name was Mile Bodrozic and he was from Serbia. 6 ft. 3 in. tall with jet black wavy hair. In March, he had only been on the AOS for 2 months and this was his first time working on a cruise ship. (We told him he was the ship's virgin and we were going to have to break him in!). We gave him a hard time and he loved every minute of it.

Boy, I love cruising!

Our Seapass listed a table assignement "000". I have no idea why the person at check-in didn't mention this, and we were clueless as well. I was the very last person to get a table assigment before the 1st night dinner. We got Deck 4 along the balcony rail as you walk in, and it was great. I honestly don't think there is a bad table in the joint.
