Honolulu Rental Car Question

Without going to the airport. Does anyone know if there is a rental car counter close to the cruise ship terminal? Maybe within a 10- 15 minute walk?:D

There seemed to be shuttles at each of the ports that would take you to the Rental area and back to the ship. Ask them when you make reservations. We did not do Honolulu, but sure wish we did.

I think all the major rental car companies have shuttles that go to and from the pier. (At least they did 2 years ago.)

We walked to one, but it was more of a 20-25 minute walk down Ala Moana Blvd. toward Waikiki. There were two agencies located in the same building: Hertz & Enterprise. However, the Hertz office closes at 3:00, so although you could rent a car at that location in the morning, you would have to return it to the airport in the afternoon and then take a shuttle back to the ship. (Kind of defeats the purpose of renting from there.)
