Buying Cigars

Hi, all! My fiance and I are sailing on Millenium on Jan 16th (E. Caribbean). He's a cigar aficionado, and wants to buy some DR cigars. Is there someplace at the Casa de Campo stop that anyone would recommend?

i cant answer your question but i would like to recommend an excellent cuban cigar called sancho panza. if you df enjoys a med to robust bodied cigar this is one of the finest in the world. it should cost less than $5 each in the dr.

we were in Casa de Campo 2 years ago on the Milli. I understand that there is a man in the downtown shopping area that is rolling them. I didn't get a chance to see him but a friend of mine picked up a box and we enjoyed them they were good. BUT if you're going to St Thomas. There is a little red roofed tobacco store that you can get DR Cohibas (piramides) for $150 for a box of 25.
