ALLMYKIDS3 Posted February 23, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 23, 2009 My son and his best friend (both 18) just want to snorkel on the reefs without the beach part. Does anyone know if they just do snorkel tours? We will be on the Glory 4/4/09 TIA

Here is a photo. We are booked on this excursion off the Valor in March, and we can't wait. It is only the morning though.
crosj Posted February 25, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 25, 2009 Belieze has a barrier reef second to Australia and would strongly suggest anyone who loves snorkeling not to miss the reef--the water is smooth, crystal clear and the reef is amazing!!! cheeseheads1 Posted March 1, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 1, 2009 Goffs Caye is surrounded by a reef. We snorkeled off the boat and then off the island. We were on the beach for maybe a half hour. You can spend the whole time in the water and the cost was not too bad. This was one of the cheaper excusions we took. It was a beautiful area. The island with buildings on it that you can see is the harbormasters quarters. They ride along on the ship trough the channels to this point and then hop a boat as the ship goes off to sea. (If you are port side, I think that is the R side you can watch off your balcony as the harbormaster exits the ship. It was kind of cool).
