Howard Johnson or Inlet Towers Anchorage?

Just received our Toursaver coupon book and hope to make use of it with one of the hotel coupons. We are in Anchorage for 2 nights after our cruise and land tour and trying to decide which location. We would like to be downtown and was wondering of those who have stayed at either place their opinions. Howard Johnson or Inlet Towers, I did read some reviews on these and some are mixed but you can't always go by them. Would be nice to save a couple hundred dollars and put it towards maybe the glacier/dogsled heli tour:D

Thanks for any help

Heather

HoJo has better location downtown, but Inlet Tower has better rooms (built when rooms were designed larger).

You'll have a comfortable, albeit unremarkable stay, at either.

Happy Travels.

Hi Andy,

How have you been? It's been awhile since we've talked. You're hard to catch up with. Let me know what board you are usually on so we can catch up.

Millie
