Any snorkeling tours that don't involve stingray city?

I will be stopping in Grand Cayman for 1 day and I would like to do some snorkeling that preferable doesn't involve stingray city. My husband grew up in south Florida and really isn't amped on seeing rays as he has memories of catching them when he was fishing (trying to catch fish but the rays would take the bait) and has been hit with their tails a few times. I could care less either way but I would like to spend some time in the water. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Essentially all the boat tours go to Sting Ray city as well as nearby reefs.

 

But there is fanastic snorkeling from shore right within walking distance of the ship tender docks. Try searching for discussions of "Eden Rock" here on this forum.
