Investor Credit

Recommended Posts

Has any one had trouble getting their investor credit applied to their shipboard account? I sent in the paperwork last April for a cruise next month. This is a 10 day cruise which is supposed to give us a $200 onboard account credit. Customer service finally confirmed there is only a $100 credit in my account, although they did not seem to know what the "investor credit" was. Emails to the address listed on the form go unanswered.

If you have booked through a TA have the TA check your accounts on their screen. If you booked through RCCL have them check the account of your roommate to see if the other $100 is there. I have had RCCL split credits in the past but I don't remember whether it was a shareholder or book onboard credit.

I agree with xke_uk and for future credits send them in via email and closer to the cruise date ie 60 days out.
