To go to Paynes Bay and then to Accra? How far apart is one from the other?

Good question... I want to know the answer to this too.. I want to do Harrison's cave too and then go to Paynes bay for sea turtles and then Accra.. Is all of it possible in 8 hours?

We just got back from a stop in Barbados. We left the pier at 9am, got a taxi to Harrison's cave and were at the beach in Payne's Bay by 11:45am. We ended up spending the rest of the afternoon at Payne's Bay, there was plently to do (snorkeling with the turtles, jet skis, etc.) so we didn't want to leave. Our taxi drive came back to get us around 3pm and took us back to the ship. Sorry I don't have an answer about Accra - but a trip to Harrison's Cave and Payne's Bay was a pretty great way to fill up the day.

Thanks for the response. How much did the cab cost to go to Harrison's and Paynes Bay?

So many people say the vendors are very pushy there and do not leave you alone. What was your experience like? Was Paynes Bay a nice beach or did you stay because there was so much to do?
