Best Snorkeling in Grand Cayman?

On our 2007 visit to Grand Cayman, we didn't want to waste a minute, so managed to get off on the first tender. Nothing was open yet, and our tour didn't start until 9a.m. (Moby Dick Stingray/Snorkel), so we wandered around on foot and stumbled on Eden Rock. Didn't know anything about it, and were just standing around admiring the view of the ships docked out. Then the local lady from the little restaurant there told us that this was "the best snorkeling in Grand Cayman", and to feel free to check it out. There is a little set of steps that go into the water. Most of my group had their own snorkel gear, so soon were in the water. They really enjoyed it, saw lot of fish, includeing some real biggies.............tarpons I think they were called. There was also a huge yellow trampoline tied out. If you have time to kill before a tour, or before the last tender, it's worth a quick stop.
