CruisnGram Posted March 3, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 3, 2009 Just wondering if you go to Cagneys and pay the $20.00 surcharge can you order two entrees???? Are the crag legs worth the extra $10.00 on top of the $20.00??? Thanks Don't know about the crab legs, but it's only 1 entree per person. You can however have unlimited soups, salads, appetizers, and desserts. Some people have said on CC that they have told the waiter that they were having trouble making up their mind which entree to get and the waiter has volunteered to bring them both. Keep in mind though that that is up to the waiter...no guarantee as that's not the official policy. CG
ExploreroftheSeas92 Posted March 3, 2009 #3 Share Posted March 3, 2009 Both times at Cagney's on the Norwegian Dawn last summer I was able to do a large filet cut and 1 small filet cut and I was still only charged for one surcharge. So I guess it depends on who your waiter is when you go.
tammlynn Posted March 3, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 3, 2009 We ate at Cagney's on the Spirit just last week. We were starving after a busy day at the beach and not eating all day. I ordered three appetizers, my husband ordered two. He also ordered one of the steaks and the veal chops as well as several sides....no problem! We did tip the server well of course! The dinner was great! Our favorite!
stlrboo Posted March 4, 2009 #5 Share Posted March 4, 2009 I'll have to keep that in mind, but I truthfully can't imagine eating much more than two appetizers and the main course, but I may be swayed after I see the portions...!:) I LOVE a 'seafood' entree, but sometimes "it just isn't enough"!:o;) We'll have 18 days straight to figure out the "best of the best"!!:D
bucsdave Posted March 4, 2009 #6 Share Posted March 4, 2009 On our POA cruise last summer, my wife had the prime rib and a huge lobster tail to go with it. Paid the extra $10 for the lobster, but it had to be 1/2 to 3/4 pound!!! Well worth the money.
