Fun-Filled Adventurous Things to Do In Progresso/Cozumel?

I am a first time cruiser that will set sail aboard the Carnival Holiday in ten days! I've been trying to plan my shore excursions, but I can't make up my mind as to what to do! I'm all about fun and excitement, so I wanted to do something adventurous. I thought about cliff diving, but haven't been able to find anywhere in Progresso or Cozumel that offers that. Most of the reviews I've read on Progresso has lead me to believe that there's not much exciting to do there. As for Cozumel, I would love to do the ATV/Beach Tour and the Speed Boat/Beach Tours, but I'm not sure of a reputable company to go with nor if I would even be able to do both of these in the alloted time that we have (7:00am-4:00pm). Any suggestions, please?

We sailed Holiday last year to Coz and did the twister tour. It was awesome. We booked online through tour cozumel but it sounds like they are having issues with the boats now. Not sure I would risk it.
