Snorkeling Recommendations in Cayman Islands

Hello,

My family, (husband, 9 and 13 yr old, Papa 80, Grammy ?? and I), are visiting the George town Cayman Islands on Royal Carribbean April 8. Papa wants to go snorkeling with his grandkids. He prefers to snorkel from a beach. Can anyone recommend a beach that is not too difficult to walk on, and water that is not too rough. We are snorkeling first timers. Any recommendations?

we're going to eden rock, but there are a few different places you can try. eden rock is not a walk in from beach, but i think some of these others are.

Thanks so much for providing me with this link. We just found out that we can go, so now, I'm scrambling to find all the information I can. I read about Eden and Cemetary beach on these boards, but it doesn't sound like I can take my dad there. I'll look at the others on this web site.

eden rock rents snorkel gear, you can also go on ebay for it. scuba.com has decent prices for their stuff too.
