Is there an ATM on board?

 

Guests are able to withdraw funds and make balance inquiries on their checking and savings accounts while the ship is in port or at sea. Please note: The supply of money may be depleted prior to the end of the cruise. Following is a list of major credit cards and Networks accepted: Honor, Tyme, Shazam, American Express, Magic Line, Oath, Mac, Master Card (Cirrus for Non-U.S.), Visa (Plus), Nyce Pulse, Yankee and Alert.

 

There is a $5.50 fee per transaction for this service which is controlled by the bank sponsoring the ATM's, Bank Atlantic of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

 

 

Me personally, I will just use cash or CC when needed.

We just use CC and cash.

They do but I've heard sometimes the machines run short on cash. I would bring cash and your cc with you. You can also prepay cash at the desk or link your S&S card to your cc and just use it on board so you dont' have to carry any $$ around with you on ship.

we bring cash, credit card and bank card for emergency... We'd never use the atm due to the extra fees added, not just by the atm bank, but our bank too... The cash you can lock in your safe and only take out what you need for port.. and of course a couple dollars here and a dollar there to give when you have room service deliver goodies;)

I think you can get cash from the pursers desk too and put it on your s&s card but I am not positive anymore. Greg

The pursers desk was always so busy on our last cruise - I wonder if that is always the case?

DW and I bring cash for whatever doesn't go on our S&S card. If you feel nervous about carrying cash bring travelers checks and cash them in at the Pursers Desk. The ATM machine will run out of cash at some point. Have a great cruise...
