Carnival Excursions

Just got back last week. I did the Reef and Rays trip. First stop was to Stingray City. It is located on a shallow sand bar so the conditions are easy to snorkel and there were quite a few rays. They swim right up to you and it is a neat experience if you have never done anything like that before. The reef stop is in about 10-15' of water and allows you to snorkel among several coral heads. It was a bit windy when I went so perhaps they go to different locations depending on conditions. There was great visibility but the water was a bit chilly...for me anyway, but I am from Florida :-).

That was the only excursion we booked but we did catch a bus which took us to Hell...it was worth it for the postcards!! I know there are tours there but we found the local buses...located near the Cayman National Bank..which took us there for 2.00/person. We passed the 7 Mile beach which looked very nice and the buses take you there also.
