Has anyone used CAS and Compass Reward Points? Is there anything unique I need to know before I send them in?

Yes, have used them, and no nothing special to do, just send them in to NCL as usual.:)

It doesn't hurt to let CAS know that you will be using them. Also make sure to make copies (front and back) before you send them to NCL.

I called CAS dept. and spoke with my CAS PCC and she told me to send them to her atten., gave me an address ect. She even called me a week or so later to tell me they had arrived and had been credited.

 

I also send them so they have to be signed for.

Last year I sent them the normal way, waited a couple of weeks, called CAS to see if they were credited and they were. Easy cheesy. :D
